Voter Id Card — voter id card not received yet

hi,
i was regestier for the voter id card my full name is Rajinder Negi and the relationship name is Jait Singh Negi. My date of birth is 21jan1977, and my address is #2300/A Sec 42-C Chandigarh. I was gone several time for them for voter card, but always they send me here and there, Recently four day ago i go to them for my voter card, the person is saying that you have to put F.I.R in police station for lost of voter card then they will issue me duplicate voter card. Question is that when i have not recieve my voter card from them, why i complaint in Police station for lost of voter id card. Please sir take some suitable action and please help me in recieving my voter id card.

I have given my complaint 33 days ago but i have not recieve any suitable action from your side and i have not recive and information through email from your side. Sir election are coming nearly i want to use my right to vote. Please help me in receiving my voter card.
