If you have any terms to give my voter ID card to anyone of my neighbour? When I have gone to collect this card your one of office employee has told me that he has given it to other person. Why my voter ID card is given to other person?

Will you take the responsibility if any accident will occur for this voter card. Is this your good serving to people.
