voters id — not received voters ID card
Respected Sir,I have applied for the voters ID card with proper documents (passport and ration card Xerox).But I haven't received my voter Id card.Myself and my sister are twins.We applied for the voters Id card in the same date (August 2008).My sister has received the voters Id card.But I haven't received it yet.I have asked the Voter Id distributor (government employee).He Said that Due to the same identity of twins it was consufed and they cancelled one of the voters Id card.
Please solve my problem at the earliest.my area is maduari west ward tamil nadu.

This is SUNIL RAJENDRA PHUTANE i have an issue with the voter Id card which we have not received from past 6 months. There was a mistake in the surname which had to be corrected and we were waiting for quit a long time, Later my mother visited the concerned department in our area and found there was no changes been done even after a filling a form for correection an attaching the copy of our ration card. The feed back what my mother got from the office is that the documents are lost and need to give us the same as u had submitted before. We are still hoping that it will be corrected and we will be able to vote.

Dear sir/madamI am resident of Noida for the past 15 years. I have given all my documents and my photographs for voter Id twice but still have not received the same.
Just because of not having my voter Id I was not able to vote this year.
It will be greatful i[censored] could look into the matter and response positively.

voter id cards — NOT RECEIVED MY ID CARDS
THIS IS REGARDING MY VOTER ID CARDS WHICH IS NOT RECEIVED TILL DATE. I HAD APPLIED THE SAME 2YRS BACK AND MY NAME ALSO EXIST IN THE VOTER LIST. THE DETAILS OF THE SAME ARE AS FOLLOWS -VOTER ID CARD NO-WG02077337, A/C NO-34,PART NO-35A(POLLING STATION NO), VOTER SERIOL NO-241.
HOWEVER THE COMPLAINTS REGARDING THE SAME IS LODGED IN NAME OF RETURNING OFFICER(A/C-34) AT SDM OFFICE ,NAZAFGARDH BUT NO ACTION WERE TAKEN TILL DATE IN THIS RESPECT. THE LATEST COMPLAINT WERE GIVEN ON[protected] WHICH WERE RECEIVED BY THE DEPARTMENT WITH RECEIVING NO 3814/SDM/NG/[protected].
HOPE THAT ABOVE INFORMATION WILL HELP AND ACTION TOWARDS THIS FROM SDM ,NAZAFGARDH DEPARTMENT WILL BE INITIATED.
