I have given my voter id card for surname change
I have given my husbands name in place of my father name, which is not yet done.
Request to check and issue a voter id card on my name with my husbands name.

My Name appearing in Voter List but i n't received my Voter Identity card, how to received my Voter Identith card, Plz give ur suggestion

I visited the booth center for fresh issue of voter I.D.of my daughter accourding to the information of election office of Bokaro steel city of jharkhand but no any persion was present against my both no.121 ( QTR.NO 655, STREET-22, SECTOR-9/C)neither got any information from the persion present there.In this case i couldn't enrolled the name of my daughter.

We have applied voter identiy card during 12/2010. Our applications are considered and enter names in the voter list with photos. In which one voter ie. my daughter is entering her name in the first time, since she was completed 21 years. On 26th Jan we proceeded to pooling both to take students voter id card. But we have not received any card on that date. During 1st week of February, the MRO (Urban) has sent voter id cards through local assistants, accordingly myself voter card is only received, where as my daughter's voter id card is not received still today. I am so many time asked revenue officials about my daugher's voter id card, they first told we will give on 28th, but not given, again told 1st week of march, but not given, now they tolding 1st week of april. How long they will prolong to give voter id card of my daughter, even her name appeared in the voter list adjasent to my name. The details of voter id of my daughter is as follows:-
Consituency No.160 Kakinada City Assembly
Voter name: Punanuru Soundarya, d/o Satchitanand.
Residential address: 2-35-5/2 Sriramnagar, Block No.2, Kakinada Urban (Mandal) East Godavari.
