[Resolved]  Voter Identity Card — PHOTO MISMATCH

Sir, I am Ranjeet Kumar Jha, working in Government origanisation. I am from Darbhanga, Bihar. I was issued a votor identity card by government of india. My votor identity card sl.No. TTP0658708 issued by Electoral Registration Officer 85 Bahadurpur, Darbhanga, Bihar on 06 Oct 2010. My Date of birth is 01 Mar 1978 but printed in the card is 1979 and a major fault is photograph printed in the card is a female photograph instead of mine. Now the question arise that how can i make my authenticate identity card immediately and what kind of action can be taken against the issuing officer & concerned staff for issue of this type of votor identity card.
