I had been lured by the company official Mr. Nitin of Vriti Infocom Pvt. Ltd. to online study package deal. Accordingly i had paid the money to the a/c no. provided by cheque on 25th December 2008. They had promised to provide me the login details of their programme within a week. Initially i had not received the login details and i had to file a memo in their other site. Then they had provided me the login details but unfortunately i was unable to login in their websit that is www.accelerateiit.vriti.com. i had again filed a memo describing my problem. One lady called up asking me how was their service? Whether i had the opportunity to use it or not? I had told her that i am unable to login there seems to be a problem with your website. she checked out herself and agreed that there was a problem and also assured me that my problem would be solved within a week. i request you tke appropriate action with the company as they seem to play with the minds of students. They assure us good packages and services and after getting our money seem to not provide it efficiently. I would want a compensation from them either in the form of money valuing Rs. 5000 or in the form of extended membership which was supposed to be of 1 year to the service which they are unable to provide for the false promises and damage temporarily my career by deceiving me..
