I have purchase new USB modem on[protected] but this connection in not activate till date .. but he say your address is not under cover our postal address area & I have already submitted all relevant document in three time but connection is not active.
So, why this modem you sell me..

Vriti Infocom Pvt. Ltd. — REFUSAL TO DELIVER BAG PURCHASED
I had purchased a TATA PHOTON from VRITI INFOCOM on the December 21, 2010. I had also paid for the purchase of a laptop bag from the same. Today is January 10 and still have not received the bag which they had said would be delivered within 3 days. The person responsible was a Mr.Satish. This person had even asked for extra money(Rs.500) in addition to what we had to pay for the device and the laptop bag. Now whenever we try to contact him or his superior they do not take calls and whenever they do they refuse to deliver the laptop bag. Today Mr.Satish blatanly refused to handover the laptop bag saying you will not get the bag. I would like a look into this matter as soon as possible.
