dear sir,

my name is mohammad umair i register my number that is [protected] at www.airtel.in for purchase of airtel DTH hd then after 12 hour a call from the company by mr manish(+[protected] . he just askes me modes of payment and your airtel DTH hd will be installed within 24 hour,
I paid Rs.2590 to (mr. ponit)([protected]) who receive the amount on behalf of the company,my invoice no. is 24563 and date of payment is 10/9/2011.

From that day no one giving me any response and no installation and no customer id has been issued until that day , I call many times to the company but no one receive my call, if my mistake they receive my call ,then they put my call on hold........

vriti doing fraud with their customer on the name of airtel, and their customer care are useless..

i just request and hope you to refund my money as soon as possible take an immediate action against my problem ..................
