Dear sir, i take the reliance net connection (LXU800 MODEM SPEED 153.6Kbps,KIT NO.-RLGCP [protected]) from VRITI INFOCOM PVT LTD.(B-75 SECTOR 63,NOIDA-201307) as per as discussed with executive Mr piyush and Mr. hemant they offer me the unlimited plan per month worth Rs 750 include first two month is free. but after discuss with the reliance customer care he told me if u take the 2 month free plan then u have to go with the another plan for unlimited.and also he told me no tarrif plan of 750 rs in our services.i got the reciept cum acknowledgement with the bill in it clearly mention the tarrif plan is 750 rs.so after using the 2 month free plan i m not able to use 750rs tarrif as per discuss with the piyush.My acknowledgement reciept no. is-[protected]. I strongly agree with you and suggest not to make any purchase from VRITI INFOCOM PVT LTD, It seems that is the fraud oranisation.They also commit me to give holiday package if I am purchasing a data card from reliance But after purchasing the same they are playing with me to give holiday package. I feel they do not have any business ethics to do business, Please Be Beware of that nonsense VRITI INFOCOM PVT LTD .If it is possible make a complain in consumer forum.
