Vriti infocom Pvt. Ltd — Connection not through

I have not been able to get connected with the data card which I purchased for Rs. 2250. Ican not get through to them as therphone is constantly busy. I could not get the 10 digit no. required for making a complaint even. I do not know what to do. All the money spent appears to have gone waste..Can some one help me to get that 10 digit number?

Vriti infocom Pvt. Ltd — BAD HANDLING & ILLEGAL BILL

After more than 7 calls from Gurgaon office I consented to go in for a Reliance Data Card. The executive who came to my house first of all did not give me details of the schemes because he wanted to peddle one particular 3K+ card to me. When I got to hear about the lesser priced one I insisited on that one but he had to "check" with his headoffice. Finally he consented. On the box was MRP Rs.2200/- but I was charged Rs. 2350/-. and given a receipt with Noida address while the transaction was taking place in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The receipt was given for 2350/- and I was being informed that 150/- would go to activation. There was no break up at all. A cheque issued in Mumbai was accepted and it was only next day that I once again got a call form VRITI INFOCOM stating that ONLY CASH would be accepted and activation would take place after 3 days if payment was made by cheque to them. My questions are:
1. Why did you accept the Cheque in first place?
2. Why is there a NOIDA address on bill without any mumbai address while you are busy selling in maharashtra with the Reliance logo?
3. Why can't you make everything clear to customer about break up of bill?

It has been an utter waste of my time and energy dealing with VRITI INFOCOM who have been giving me only vague answers to all my questions without any confidence to build my trust or make the purchase.

THANK GOD I decided NOT to buy from them.

Vriti infocom Pvt. Ltd — not activation for tata photon plus till where i bought

i have bought a tata photon plus from vriti infocom pvt. ltd. where its satuated on B-75, sector-63, noida-201307(U.P). on[protected] through this no. [protected]. They told us it will activate within 1 hour. but i waited till whole day but its not activated. they gave me a lots of number i.e([protected], [protected] and also gave me tata photon plus no. [protected] with a pin no. [protected]. i tried to call them but they did not picked the phone. so i m worry about this satuation because i m student of sikkim manipal university. i need to gather some stuff from internet using Edunext. so please kindly help me out my request.

I am facing the same problem.
I purchased the TATA photon from Vriti. After taking the money they are not taking the call.

I am facing a similar kind of problem. I purchased the photon plus device from vriti.com, and now after activating it 10 days ago, the device isn't working any more. I tried to call the vriti agent, Mr. Rakesh, but he is not picking up the call. I also tried the number of Mr. Ankit, a gurgaon number, but that was busy till 9 pm in evening.
Please help.

My name is Roger Ahongshangbam, from Bangalore. Recently i got one connection of Tata Photon + through you. I got the connection on 05-08-10.

It's a post paid connection and my RSN/Kit No is [protected]. I got a call from you and one of your agent came to deliver it to me. His name is Sekhar from electronic city, Bangalore.

However since the last 4 days i am not able to connect to internet and it's giving some error. Error no 628 or 678. I tried calling up your agent since the last 3-4 days but he is giving some excuse and not responding nicely. Now he didn't even pick my call. I tried calling up Ankit on a number i received on sms. But line is always busy or even if i do got the line, it got disconnected as soon as i mentioned that i am from Bangalore.

I am surprise to know that you were so eager to get the money by coming to my room however, did not even care to have a check on the issue.

I called tata photon customer service. It seems i require one account number that's of 9 digit, which your agent did not give. Even the Tata Photon CSR told that my photon number is not on their database. I have wasted money making a deal with you (Vriti) and i want a refund. I got the receipt for the amount i paid. The receipt no is 4671. I should have listen to my friends when they told me to take Airtel. However, i am not going to quit until i got my refund or please get my connection. I am planning to file a complaint against consumers' court regarding the issue if i don't get any reply soon.

It is working now.

its another complaint with vriti. A guy named Amit called and said free lodging at Goa 3 * hotel and 2400/ paid for tata photon connectin. Now The guy is not picking the call. The device too not activated.
Amit's number is + [protected]. A fraud guy after submitting money not recieving call. Please help.

Dear Forum,

I have purchased a Tata Photon Plus device from Vriti Infocom Pvt. Ltd. on this november 1st. But the device has not been activated till yet. I have talked Mr. Ravi kumar, Mr.Ankeeth and Mr. from Vriti Infocom, but i did not get a satisfactory answer from their side.

Now they are not lifting the Phone.

Please help me if any of guys got any solution to activate device.

Hello All,
Just to let you know, its been 12 days since i have received the Tata photon device from Vriti infocom. however this has not been activated yet, i have spoken to bangalore area manager (calls himself) Karan Sharma, and Avinash, sales men Shekhar and Praveen Srivastava, since past 12 days, its been nightmare to me. they do not respond at all.

I will recommend other users not to buy from vriti.

i also purchased the photon data card from them and the downloading speed is pathetic i think they only believe in providing connection, there after sale services are pathetic

I too was cheated by vriti. i took the device on 27 feb and till date it is not activated as on march 2, 2011.

they never take calls and behaves irresponsibly.

I stay in Bangalore, the guy came in and handed over me the device and activation card and asked me to enter the PHOTON+ activation PIN after one hour and it will get activate. but guss what it was invalid ... I tried these people but they were got so bussy and did not took my call...

They are just spoiling the Good Brand Name "TATA"

Tata Photon Plus — Vriti.com sucks

Please don't by photon card from http//:www.vriti.com, this freaking people sell education (), they would promise you to send a free gift Reebok Watch or Reebok Bag along with the photon card. They promised me, i would get the watch in 7 working days after the purchase of the photon card. Which later turned in to 10 days then 2 weeks and so on.
When i called them and shout on them, that i will report it to consumer forum they like shameless creature disconnected my call.
I again rang them up 2 days prior to writing here, then they said I had to pay 1799 instead of 1649.
But to pay 1649/- was advised by some executive called deepal(this girl will talk really nice to you) be carefull.
Coz I don't have anything in written from them, i can't even goto consumer forum, otherwise i would have sued them like anything
At the end I would request you all readers here don't purchase any thing from Vriti().
So what if i could not report them to consumer forums, but i am surely gonna spoil there name.
