Once you enter the office you will see how its managers VP type( the one knows being pointed) are well behaved with his team mates,though such managers are only slaves being paid too high , it is actually the CEO who promotes this .

No KRA's for employees , No Processes, A telecaleler is forced into sales ,everyday salary vs work per hour measured , otherwise unwanted salary deductions , i mean one who works like donkey survives with canes on back .they make you work for a month , an ill treat you at max , if you can sustain then your salary comes or else you urself leave midway.inside office is like fish market,Senoir managers and telecallers sit together ,you have to find out ur place to sit in office , or adjust next to telecaller if you are senior manager sales even .Employee/office, health and hygene factor is dirtiest. the worst thing if you show such company on CV , u dont get calls from other companies.
