[Resolved]  Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd — Data Card not Activated

I purchased Data card from a site http://offers.connectindia.in/checkout.htm. on Monday 18th Jan 2010 Still i have not received the PIN number and MDM number which is required to activate the data card. I my continuously following up with them and reliance but i am not getting any positive response. I spoke to following persons Ravi, Dinesh, Bhumitra and Muniraj at Vriti and also wrote mail to reliance customer care but still . They also offer GOA stays for which I have not yet received any voucher. Please help me to resolve the problem. This guys a cheating many people. I request you to take some strict action against them as there a already six complains aganist them. VRITI INFOCOM PVT LTD — Bad Service/no customer support

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

My name is Roger Ahongshangbam, from Bangalore. Recently i got one connection of Tata Photon + through Vriti. I got the connection on 05-08-10.

It's a post paid connection and my RSN/Kit No is [protected]. I got a call from them and one of their agent came to deliver it to me. His name is Sekhar from electronic city, Bangalore.

However since the last 4 days i am not able to connect to internet and it's giving some error. Error no 628 or 678. I tried calling up the agent since the last 3-4 days but he is giving some excuse and not responding nicely. Now he didn't even pick my call. I tried calling up Ankit on a number i received on sms. But line is always busy or even if i do got the line, it got disconnected as soon as i mentioned that i am from Bangalore.

I am surprise to know that Vriti peopke were so eager to get the money by coming to my room however, did not even care to have a check on the issue.

I called tata photon customer service. It seems i require one account number that's of 9 digit, which Vriti agent did not give. Even the Tata Photon CSR told that my photon number is not on their database. I have wasted money making a deal with Vriti and i want a refund. I got the receipt for the amount i paid. The receipt no is 4671. I should have listen to my friends when they told me to take Airtel. However, i am not going to quit until i got my refund or please get my connection. I am planning to file a complaint against consumers' court regarding the issue if i don't get any reply soon.

The e-mail address on the receipt "[protected]@vriti.com" is not even working, it bounce back. So, m confused where to file a complaint.

VRITI INFOCOM PVT LTD — Service & Support unsatisfactory

Sir,

Purchased a Data Card on Nov 19, paying cash of Rs. 2,300/- on the condition that it would be activated by end of day. Commitment was made by the representative stating within 4 Hrs. Delivered and collected cash.

As on date, the installation and its activitation is pending. Called 'N' number of times to the person who had sold the card, but to my surprise all the time it is busy. Believe it or not, even late night, so much business to company.

Now, want to return the card and take back the money. Kindly guide me in resolving the issue.

Am working as Project Manager with Andhra Bank - Hyderabad.

Last one month my data card is not activated. and didnot give any responce .

I have purchage Ril USB Brodband + Data card. But i am unable to access Datacard. Last 17 Nov i was purchaged card. But till i am unable to access.
I am tired this situation. Can you help me how to activate this card.
I am sending a mail for more times. but till it was not any responce and give proper information.
No one can give responce ...

vriti — Did not receive offer yet

I bought one tata photon plus data card from Vriti infocom pvt in March 2011. That time tata photon was in offer which gives a Fast track watch to every new connection . The representative told me that I will receive a "tata photone" Fast track watch by courier within 10-15 days but still I didn't get any Watch and when I contacted customer support they told that we will cdourier with in 14 days it has been almost a month completed. So kindly look into this issue and resolve it ASAP or else i have to take some action further.
Some time activation may be delay due to approval of documents by reliance .
