Problem: Wrong broadband connection - My Payment not reflected in Reliance system

On April 19th I went on to Reliance website to inquire about available packages. Upon selecting my package I have given my contact details in reliance website.

After sometime (10 - 15 mins) later Shyam & Alavudin Hyder called me from Vriti-Interactive & explained about all the packages.

They also sent me couple of emails about packages & payment methods. So finally I have opted for Advanced Rental Plan. For which I have to pay INR 2,550.00 as advance for 3 months payment ( INR 750 X 3 months) and dongle is free (it is listed in Reliance website as well). They advised me to pay INR 1,400.00 thru online to accept the reliance connection.

After 3 days, they delivered me Reliance dongle then i have paid balance amount of INR1,150.00. Upon that I started using it and it works well.

After 20 days o[censored]sing it I received my first bill from Relaince. I contacted reliance customer care and explained about my package details. Later they checked in their system and told me that my connect type or package is not "Advanced Rental Plan" it is a normal broadband connection & I have to pay INR 750 per month. Also said that those 2 payments i made are not reflected in their system.

Later, I sent emails to reliance.[protected]@vriti-interactive.com & Shyam, Hyder. So far no response from them.

First of all I would like sue Reliance for sharing my contact details to a fraud / irresponsible company.Then I will complain in consumer court about Vriti-Interactive
