Problem: Wrong broadband connection - My Payment not reflected in Reliance system

On April 19th I went on to Reliance website to inquire about available packages. Upon selecting my package I have given my contact details in reliance website.

After sometime (10 - 15 mins) later Shyam & Alavudin Hyder called me from Vriti-Interactive & explained about all the packages.

I Registered on the Airtel Site, Get an email from a guy called NEERAJ VISWAKARMA - Vriti-Interactive. He seems to have my e-mail ID and my telephone number and he also seems to know that I want an Airtel DTH connection. I make a payment by clicking on that link provided in the email (we have been told umpteen number of times by various people not to click on any link and make a payment) and never receive an email with the details.
