[Resolved]  Vsnl TATA Indicom — Extra Amount swept from my Credit Card

Dear Sir,

We have use VSNL Mail Since 9 Year, & pay Bill Amount on or before Due Date from our Credit Card.

However, we regret to inform you that VSN Excutive have swept following amount from our Credit Card without any intimation to us:

11/04/2009 [protected] 1000.00

When we enquired at VSNL Customer Care (No[protected] about this payment with Mr. Manprit on 30/04/2009, he accepted that these amount has been incorrectly swept by us. And assure us to reverse the amount with in 2-3 days in response to our Complaint No. - 9586816 on that day.

Again on 06th May, 2009, when the said amount was not reversed we again spoke with Mr. Jagmeet and lodge Second Complaint - 9651742 on that day.

Sir, we are sorry to inform you that till the time no action has been taken in this matter from VSNL side.


Hence, We request to you Please look after the matter with immediate attention & solve at the earlist.
