Vsnl TATA Indicom — Deducted Rs. 8 /- from Mobile account without activated service

Dear Sir ,
I have not subscribed Video Bar from Handygo on dated 22/10/2012 , but this has subscribed automatically and Rs 8/- has been deducted from account . (VSNL Mobile Account and Mobile Number is : [protected]).

Yesterday I have complained on VSNL Customer Care , Complain number : J22AS300429 , but after 24 hours also the amount didn't get back. Last week also same thing happened .

Kind take necessary for step .
