[Resolved] VVR Housing Pvt Ltd, Ameerpet, Hyd. — no developments in SAP-II venture | |||
Sir, I purchaged 200 sq.yards plot in SAP-II VENTURE (located at Sangam village&GP ,Sadnagar mandal, Mahaboobnagar District) from V.V.R. Housing Pvt.Ltd (Having its Registered Office at Flat no.206&211,ii floor, Pavani Pristige,Ameerpet Hyd-16) on 31 July 2008.,but they have not made developments in the venture as they mentioned in Brochure .At the time of purchage they have given printed brochure in which they assured the following developments. 1.main road with B.T. Road .2.Avenue plantations. 3.Drianage. 4.Electricty. 5 Water. 6.Childrens park. 8.Security. I went many times to above mentioned adress & they said that they would start work next month(every time same word)., but no developments have been started till today. & Instead VVR doing real estate business in all districts of A.P.& deceiving the middle class people. Yes Agreed, they have done nothing over there. It's all false promise. Actions should be taken against VVR. Am available on[protected]
