Scam alert on Sangem Village venture

I have lost total confidence on vvr now they don't take any responsibility on the property they sold us, which has been hijacked again by the locals...

Purchased a plot in prathipadu guntur district

In 2012 i have been purchased a plot by vvr housing pvt ltd in pratipadu guntur district now some of the farmers were occupied. please resolve this issue and return back our money. my contact number is [protected] please resolve this issue...

Hi I bought plot from vvr in sangam village keshampet mandal there is no development since so many years and boundary walls are demolished even I'm unable to identify my plot

    Purchased plot no 488 in sangem village 400 sq yds in 2008. dist Ranga reddy. mandal keshampeta. no develipment done as promised by VVR housing. plot marking stones not visible. unable to take pissession .farmers problem kindly clarify

      I purchased a plot no 488 400 sq yds in SAP II SANGEM VILLAGE dist ranga reddy mandal keshampet. doc no 4144 .year 2008. can i take possession of my plot or farmers still not vacating the land and doing cultivation.bo development work done as peomised in brochire. pls respond

          Dear sir,

          Iam writing this on behalf of bachapally paradise plot buyers.

          Sir, we are the victims of VVR housing, they sold me plots and given the registration documents but plots not handover properly..still even afer 10 years we dont have access to visit our plots.. because of difference between the landowner and VVR Company.. in between we buyyers are suffering.. please do justice sir.

            The formers who sold their land to vvr housing and which was sold by vvr to the customers to an extent of 600 members and handed over them their respective sale deeds ARE encroaching the plots.

            coowners are requested to contact me over my mail nabhamlegal of gmail. there is a meeting at plot no.360, sai township, manneguda, near rta office on 16.4.2023. all are requeste to attend and take decision to approach court and get stay.

                Apart from the main cheater vaka vasudeva rao, main cheater, one agent called JAGU RAMA KRISHNA, belongs to KAKINADA had cheated me, my relatives, my friends by intentionally in bachupally paradise layout to make some money by selling disputed plots.

                he now ran way to Kakinada and doing layouts and still cheating many. his mobile is ringing but not lifting. if any one knows his mobile number please share me. i will go to kakinada along with my people.

                dont believe this cheater.. he is master minded in cheating with very polite look

                  My name is Murthy PSN. I purchased two plots in the name of my daughters in 2008 at Sy No.436/E, Samshabad Airport Residency (Extn.), Immulnarva village, Kothur Mandal, RR Dist from VVR Housing Pvt Ltd, REP BY ITS MD VAKA VASUDEVA RAO, S/o V RANGA RAO.

                  When I visited the site, I observed that Mr.A Indrasena Reddy (a local TRS activist) had occupied my plots by removing Boundary Stones and merging the plots, including others...
