Dear Sir,

We, M/s VXL TECHNOLOGIES LTD a reputed BIRLA Group company started our Business at ECO SPACE BUSINESS PARK Plot No.202A Premises No.11F/12 Campus -2B 2nd Floor Rajarhat ,Newtown (N) 24 Pgs Kolkata- 700156 since November -2009.
We are engaged in manufacturing of various Electronics Products for Defence and Space Research Organization and Various Other Customers.
We find that most of our important Documents/ Letters / Payment Instructions are sent back to the parties / supplier from Newtown Post Office with due remarks, “The address is incorrect / incomplete or does not exists.” We enclose a copy of complain address to the SSPOS, East Kolkata Division, Entally Post Office, Kolkata – 700054, towards support of our statement (Xerox copy enclosed).
Inview of above it is requested that Post Office closesest to our location may please be instructed suitably. So that we receive our important Documents/ Letters / Payment Instructions intime.
