I have taken wagon R duo on 2007 sep, milage about 27000kms, recently observed vobling during driving and when checked found that two tyres worn in different pattern and I approached for changing of my wheel tyres on 11.03.2010 at 10 am. I have two below complaints.
1. when compared the price b/w Bimal & RNS it was 250 INR more. Bimal personnel asking they can give with out discount vocher given along with insurance.( why you these kind of vochers)
2. Being such big show room - No single spre types kept in stock. ( stock maintanance poor) when asked people telling to go for road side tyres shop nearbye.
This complaint I am writing after I fed up of service personnel comments
