Dear sir,
As mentioned, i hav a Maruti Wagon R which has been purchased in Feb-10 & insured by Maruti suzuki & New India assurance company. Regarding an accident on dated 30-Sep-10, i have tried to repair by insurance claim in ROHAN MOTOR GREATER NOIDA, they gave so much bad response & denied to give cashless benefits, they said, your car has been purchased from VIPUL MOTOR so you can repair the same on cash less basis. If you want to repair in our work shop , you have to pay all the charges first, after 3 to 4 months, u may get the money if follow up will be also from your side with insurance company.

The name of his assistant - Vijay
You r requested to take necessary action against Dealer & persons who r involved & take seriously such type problems because of these common man/ service man face many problems.

Wagon R — Poor service

Dear sir/Madam

This is regarding the poor service given by authorized centre,Mangalam Motors Sec-57,Noida. I would like to draw your attention towards my worst experience at your station:

1. For the first time i got my paid service done at this station.The bill charged was much higher than told before.
2. Problems in the brakes was not rectified even after telling it at the time of service. After visiting again and again i was asked to pay 1500/- more to get it rectified.
3. After the srvice my car started troubling me. I went agian to get it rectified. Even now the problem has not been sorted out inspite of repeated visits to the station.
4. Also i claimed an accidental claim from this station. The work was not done to my satisfaction. Even the primea sticker (covering both side doors) which was removed to paint the door has not been pasted till now after repeated requests.

I contacted the senior officer of this station and also made him aware about my woes, but all is in vain.

Finally i have been forced to write down this mail to you to bring my worst experience at this station to your notice. You are requested to kindly look in to the matter.

i have purches new car frome copitent moter til date 13/04/2008 wagoner vxi DL2H BJ 5369 and i has WENT to your servce center sivaji marg COMPITENT MOTER DELHI 110015 DATE 05/05/2008 1000KM i am very shoked looked after servic car is dentid frome botem side . Wagon R — Insurance

Received call for insurance from last 20days no one come to collect chequq. Every day they are making fool.(Saying that will come in 2hours, in evening, befour 10AM like this).My car insurence is going to finish on 12/04/10. Im coustomer from this shop from march 2003.

Respected Sir,
I have booked my Maruthi Wagon R Vxi on 28th April 2010 at Indus Motors your dealer at Trivandrum. I have made full payment with a bank loan, but still the vehicle has not been released to me. Indus Motors is not supplying vehicle and propagating to sell other models which are out stored. I contacted the Regional Manager on this number- [protected], but no response. I also approached the customer care Ernakulam, result was the same. An early action is requested, otherwise I am planning to approach the Consumer court.

Wagon R — not returned first free service charges taken as committed to do since 10 month

i had started using my new wagan R in month of feb. 2010.
after compliting 1000 km. it stuck my mind for first service, as i was in jammu during my journey . i enquired n done service there in JAM KASH, jammu, j&k.
they TOOK CHARGES FOR FIRST FREE SERVICE N SAID IT WILL RETURN WITH 15 DAYS OF SUBMITION . this is because i didn,t get mymaintenance service record book even after 1 month of purchace so i had to done my service, so i did.
Now,i met to MR. SRIVASTAV AT MARKETING TIMES AUTOMOBILES , VISHAL ENCLAVE, NEW DELHI 110027. where i informed him everything n he said every thing willl be done
CAR GOT DELIVERED AT 10.1.2010, DONE MY SERVICE AFTER 1000 KM. SERVICE BOOK RECIEVED AFTER MY FIRST SERVICE , MONEY NOT RETURNED YET.
SERIOUSLY TORTURED MY MIND ALOT SO FEW DAY TO ASK YOU TO RETURN MY MONEY WHICH SHOULD NOT BE TAKEN AFTER PURCHACE CAR COSTING MORE THAN 3 LACS, AFTER THIS COMPLAIN IF THINGS NOT DONE SOONER THAN ICASE IS EVERY TRUE I WILL TAKE ACTION. IN INDAI NO CAR COMPANY TAKES MONEY FOR FIRST FREE SERVICE WHICH HAPPEN BECAUSE OF YOUR FAULT OF NOT DELIEVERING SERVICE BOOK ON TIME....

Wagon R — bad insurance given by dealer

i purchased wagon r from kataria auto dariapur ahmedabad .with full insurance as per their advise. when car met with accident insurer refused to pay though all the papers including driver license were provided. when dealer was approached kataria auto dariapur he could not give any satisfactory reason or help though they had given the insurance. . the customer is left to luck and god even after repeated requests . . ramesh tahiliani mb [protected]

Sir,

I recieved a call from the customer care on 3/6/11 regarding paid service of my car, Wagon R RJ 14 CA 7575. I was told that the car will be picked from my residence on 4/6/11 at 10 am and after service will be dropped at 5 pm on 5/6/11. When my car was not dropped by Mr Vinay Singh as promised I had to call him up to ask about the whereabouts of my car. I have been put to great inconvinience by the inefficiency of Vipul Motors.
1.Is this how you treat your lady customers.

2.Why was the car taken in the first place when a routine servicing job cannot be completed in 2 days.

3.Why was I not intimated by anyone from Vipul motors regarding the delayed delivery of the car.
As a doctor I need to be mobile and have been put to great hardship by your irresponsible behaviour.I still donot know whether your commitment stands. I request you to take action against those responsible because it will not be possible to send the car for servicing in future.

Wagon R — extremely bad experience after sales

I am dr. Jitendra Gandhi, practicing pediatrician in Vadodara. You can very well your data, this is my 4th car with maruti.Previously i have used your esteem, old zen, astilo and now this WAGON R whch is not even a year old.
Not a year has passed i have had to change my horn, my clutch plate and wind pipe which was company's manufactuting fault.
As v all know the thing which spoils never comes in warranty,
The least u can do is be courteous and polite.
It is absolutely not explainable how come so many parts get spoiled within year.
Normally i change my car every 3 years, so i dont have to go through all this wrechedness.
Some Mr. Lawrence was there who asked to deal with us.
Even when during wind pipe companys fault was there and i had asked people to provide pick up they did all sorts of natak and finally when i asked theim to give in writing they agreed to pick
First of all i am provided a 3rd grade product, on top of that after sales attitude has been horrifying.
Being a doctor i maintained my cool and did not create a scene in ffront of other customers.
After being a loyal with maruti if i have to through all this ,
it is ridiculous.

Wagon R — substandard parts and after sales service

Myself, Dr. Jitendra Gandhi, have already sent u a complaint yesterday.
I just wanted to add few things.
After providing a substandandard product which requires frequent visits to service station within one year, atleast those nonsense people should know how to behave with a customer and particularly when that customer knows in and out about cars.
So before giving some lame and stupid excuse for such a bad product/defective piece and trying to avoid compensation, they should know i m not going to accept this and will not hesitate taking legal course i[censored] dont bother to provide compensation for mental and financial losses.
The least the stupid people can do is provide free horn replacement or clutch plate which v never expect to get spoiled, particularly when this is my 15th car and 4th maruti car
The SO CALLED authorised service station never bothered to give me a penny discount for susstandard product.
Kindly do something at the earliest so i dont have to take a legal course.
99 out 100 people might just be accepting your wretched behaviour but this time u r rubbing the wrong person
