MY wagon R was presented for service complaining that its downword dipping and starting problem in one Maruti service centre -NEW CITY SERVICE ,BY-PASS JUNCTION, MANALI,PALAKKAD, KERALA, on 5/10/09, .And after foure days they deliverd the car giving me a bill of Rs 9990/-
in that bill it could see that that the following items was replased-
1.front strut-rt.< Rs1480*2=2960/-
2.breake pad 1 set Rs 525/-
3. Lower arm rt< rs 426*2=852/-
4.Back roll bush kit Rs320/-
5.Ball joint 2 Rs486*2=972/-
6.Tie rod end Rs408/-
7.coolent Rs 150/-
8.code wire Rs 600/-
9. Breake light bulb Rs 24/-
10. strut kit Rs 640/-
total Rs 7451 + other charges 2539/-
One day after receiving the car same complaints was repeated. Again given to same service centre. After one day I was received the car saying that all the complaints have been solved . Next day my car stopped in the middle of heavy taffic , faling to start . I approched another service centre , after through examination it could see that same complants was there , more over the item no.3, 5,6 was not been replased by.
That means materials worth Rs 2232/- not changed And this type of cheating should be stoped.
I request i must get clear solution to this issue ,and it should not repeated.
