Watchindia.in is a fraud company. I joined Johns hopkins university here in march 2011 and for watching hindi channels, I ordered TV setbox on 14th April, 2011 and they charged 80$. After few days, they mailed that the box will be shipped in 2nd week of May because of over demands (very funny). In the mean time, I cancelled the free trial and subscribed another channels here in Baltimore. I requested to refund back my money. And to my surprise, there is no more any reply from customer care...such a fraud Indian company...!! Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I subscribed to watchindia tv for free trail. after 10 days I tried calling them several times and calll did not go through. I finally sent out email to change my plan to lowest onewwith single channel. I did not receive any confirmation from them. Now they charged me twice for 30 bucks and when talked with support, lady told me that they did send out email asking for permission (???) to change it to one channel. I did not get any email, and they are reluctant to refund the money. Lady on support was so indifferent to the issue that she did not care anything @ the issue. Cheaters... and extremely unprofessional... sorry watchindia, you are the one very unprofessional company...
