Live Tele Shows — Card not received

A year back I was issued a Temp Card No [protected] and i was promised that a Permnent card will be issued in three months time. Since that I had made a lot of Purchase but dont know if this temp card which I show on each purchase is crediting the points or not.
Can the service provider look into it and send me a plastic card
That's what they have been telling me about SONY and SAB.

I agree with you Anil... Watchindia is scam.. they have SAB and Sony not being broadcasting services for last 2 months and I also get same answer every time ... "we are almost done with fixation of the issue and very soon we will be broadcasting live shows for these channels"...
I strongly doubt that they have expired their agreement with SET india for these 2 channels.. and now they have even removed it from the list of pacakges...
Not only this.. my TV box have stopped working since 2 weeks... I am unable to connect to service thru YV box...network connectivity shows issues at their servers side but they are throwing ball on my ISP provider... I can watch TV on my PC but on TV box...I myself is Network engineer and can see that there is issue on their end but these buggers dont accept their fault.
Now finaly I have given them 1 week notice .. if they dont fix it before then I will screw them up...We all need to make sure that these people are banned from doing business on US land and are blocked / blackedout totaly from US
I totally agree with all the people who say there were cheated by Watchindia.tv. They have no good service, and more than that, their customer service sucks big time!
they have a direct sales no. but they have no telephone line for support. It is only online.. after repeated complaints through email/ chat, our service didn't improve and they do reply to the emails, but of no use.
fed up of the service, we requested a refund, however, they told us as per their policy, they don't give us the rent for the box of the remaining year, the taxes, and after all the deductions, of the annual subscription fee of $270, all they can pay is back is $48, as per their refund policy, they can't do anything else about it, there is no higher up whom we can contact, also not just this, they TERMINATED the chat session while we were still typing, we never got any copy of the chat session, which we emailed to our accounts.. God knows what happens to that. All this for the poor quality service that we are being offerred.
All they told us in the end was that they'll ask their billing dept. to fwd us the refund amount which we we eligible for, and terminated the chat, after again we received a mail from them asking about the technical details, which would help them solving the problems we are facing.

WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND WATCHINDIA.TV TO ANYONE. HAD WE DONE PROPER RESEARCH, WE WOULD HAVE PROBABLY TAKEN SOME BETTER SERVICE, OF THE MANY AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET. BUT WATCHINDIA.TV IS FRAUD. THEY NEVER ARE AVAILABLE ON PHONE.
I am having the same issue with watchIndia.tv the box that they have sent is not working, I contacted them and was told that they will contact me in the 72 hrs time and Its 5 weeks already and still I am being contacted,
I wanted to know whether the issue was resolved and more over I recieved a call from this company on my moble and when i tried to call back it was connected to pakistan, so I am not sure whether this is an I ndia company or not.

Contact you credit card company and file a dispute (you can only file it within 90 days). I did filed a dispute and I was refunded almost all of the money.
