I have purchased watch india services and it did not work from day one, they tried to trouble shoot the issue and I was found out that there set up box is faulty, so I decided that I want to cancel there service and told them the same and I was told that sime one will give a call and discuss the issue, I was told a time frame of 72 hrs and after 5 weeks I am still waiting for them to give a call. can you please help me with the issue.
