[Resolved]  water seepage — Owner of above flat refuses to solve water leakage caused in his flat

Dear sir/madam,
My flat is located near Viman nagar pune.
My flat is on 3rd floor. There is water seepage into my flat from flat situated on above floor.
Due to this all the walls have been stinking and also the water is pouring down on the floor.
The flat is utter mess and also now the water is collected on floor and seeping to my below flats.
I had kept tenants at my flat, due to this problem they have left the place.
I have contacted owner of above flat many times but he refused to do any work.
I have given written complaint to society, but it is also of no use.
Kindly help me because this is causing me a lot of harassment
