Dear sir/madam,
My flat is located near Viman nagar pune.
My flat is on 3rd floor. There is water seepage into my flat from flat situated on above floor.
Due to this all the walls have been stinking and also the water is pouring down on the floor.
The flat is utter mess and also now the water is collected on floor and seeping to my below flats.
I had kept tenants at my flat, due to this problem they have...

Water Seepage in my flat

I want to report that there is continuous water seepage from the above flat. After so much of the requests they are not ready to take up this matter. I want to know if there is any law or act of Government of India that I can proceed with this matter henceforth.
