Way2Life — Regarding Payout

I have invested Rs.21000.00 & Rs.7000.00 in two separate units in way2life investment plan. for Rs.7000.00Company has
declared that they will return our money in 300 days with the returns of daily bonus of 10% (i.e. Rs.70.00 per day for 300
days) that will be Rs.21000.00 & for Rs.21000.00 Company has declared that they will return our money in 100 days with the
returns of daily bonus of 2.5% (i.e. Rs.525.00 per day for 100 days) that will be Rs.52500.00.
I have joined for Rs.7000.00 scheme on 29.10.2009. for this scheme company should give me the daily bonus for 300 days. But
the company had paid only for 69 days i.e. Rs.4830.00 upto 06.01.2010. & I have requested for a withdrawl for Rs. 5632.00
on 01.01.2010, the said withdrawl is still not credited in my bank, as it takes near about 10 days to credit in the bank.
Now the website of company is not responding. "REQUESTED URL COULD NOT BE RETRIVED BECAUSE OF REQUEST TIME OUT" this message
appears on the screen.
For Rs.21000.00 scheme I have joined on 18.11.2009. As per the company's scheme I should get Rs. 25725.00 upto 06.01.2010,
but noe the website is not responding & the withdrawl request of Rs. 2778.00 on 01.01.2010 is still not credited in my bank
account. Also the daily bonus from 06.01.2010 is not credited on our accounts. Company saying that due to year end process
they are unable to credit the amount. How it is possible because the financial year ending comes in March & not in December.
I think company is fraud. & They are going to cheat us.
WHERE SHOULD I COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS? CAN I COMPLAINT THIS AS A CYBER CRIME OR NOT? Please suggest.
