[Resolved] Weblink — not providing "A" record for my website

my company name Unique international i have my company website (www.uniqueinternationalindia.com) with weblink.in I want to change my service provider for my domain www.uniqueinternationalindia.com so i asked "A" record for my website from weblink and they charge me rs 1000/- for giving me control panel and for redirecting my website to .in server (www.uniqueinternationalindia.in) Now they are not providing me "A" record for my domain so i can not change my service provider.
