for the 3 months' typical billing system(JULY,AUG,SEPT'10),WHICH WAS GENERATED ON 26TH JUNE'10 FOR THE CONSUMER ID NO[protected] & SERVICE CONNECTION NO - R2/BD18034, BILL SHOWS Rs. 1546.44 FOR EACH OF TWO MONTHS AND Rs. 1539.04 FOR SEPT'10.

MY AVERAGE CONSUMPTION FOR WHICH I USED TO PAY @ 2100/- FOR THREE MONTHS AND THE HIGHEST PAID FOR 3MONTHS FOR ANY QTR, SINCE I STRATED RESIDE AT THE ADDRESS( FOR WHICH THE ELECTRICITY CONNECTION WAS TAKEN FROM THIS MONOPOLISTIC ELECTRICITY CO) Rs 2400/- FOR THREE MONTHS.

MOST SURPRISING, THAT DURING THE PERIOD, BILL GENERATED, MY ENTIRE FAMILY WAS OUT OF STATION AND THE FLAT WAS LOCK & KEYED FOR MORE THAN ONE & HALF MONTHS .MORESO, WE DONOT HAVE AC WHICH MEANS HEAVY CONSUMPTION, INSPITE OF THAT THIS AFOREMENTIONED BILL SHOWS Rs.4499/- THE CHARGES. THIS DISCREPENCIES HAVE BEEN ACKNOWEDGED BY EVEN THE PERSONNELS OF THE SAME DEPT AT BASDRONI LOCAL OFFICE.

BUT, THERE IS NO ACTION TAKEN AFTER ONE MONTH. I NEED HELP & JUSTICE FOR SAME AT YOUR EARLIEST.

      Respected Sir,
      I have applied a new connection on 02nd January, 2009 in Bhatpara WBSEB. when i applied, I mentioned to do the Phase connection for public interest, bcause There are above 10 house in this area, but there are no phase Connection. and as per wbseb quotation, i have deposite money for war. One day, a contructor came to my house (Chatterjee Electric, Naihait) and asking Rs. 7000 for cost of other accessories excluding War. But as per wbseb quotation, i am not bound to purchase those accessories from chatterjee electric, and i came to know from another shop that those accessories actual cost not more 2, 500.

      After that, I visited more than 10 times in Bhatapara Wbseb, but still i have not found any progress.

      My mother is 90 yrs. old and i have a 3 yrs 6 month child and we are suffering so much problem.

      I hope you will take necessary action to and solve it as early as possible.

      West Bengal State Electricity Board — LOOSE CONNECTION AT POLE AND NEUTRAL PHASE FAILED

      Dear Sir,
      I am legal and valid customer of WBSEB since 1993, on 23rd April,2010 I lodge a complain through the toll free number that my connection become loose at pole junction and neutral phase has been failed but till now no people from this organization has attended my complain and condition was moving from bad to worst. Today morning I once again call that toll free number and asked them why till now my complain is not attended or addressed then the fellow told me that once again I have registered your complain and again provided me another complain number. The following are my two complain number which is still not being attended:

        My self Shibaji Mandal I live in Bishurpukur Village in the district of Murshidabad. In our village there is poor service of electricity supply. We are facing many more problem in our delay life the problem are describe below:-
        1. The Distribution transformer have three phase but we got that electricity from two phase.
        2. The Power cable of electricity of old.
        3. How many number of cable are hang upon the pole are not.
        4. If the power cable is cut no one repair those.
        5. And last of all the Hooking (electricity thief)problem .

        Sir,

        You have come up with a very prominent problem. I live in Nabapally, Barasat & we are also facing same sort of problems throughout the town. But no one from the administration & government seem to be bothered. They are also people of tha same part of world, but somehow they act like alien beings. I am utterly dissatosfied about this situation. God knows where these people are leading us & themselves. No wonder they face harrasements from the angry mob from time to time.

          I am pravanjan pradhan passed Diplom in Electrical & Electronics from v.v.s polytechnics (AICT approved)in 2003 from Bellary Dst. (state-Karnataka). Sir its three years course and all certificates
          Issued by GOVT. OF KARNATAKA TECHNICAL EDUCATION. I applied for supervisor license (part-1,2,11) at west bangle Electrical license board near P G Hospital with all necessary document . They are saying
          1) My certificate is not valid as I completed from Karnataka.
          2) Candidate should passed Diploma in Electrical.(not Diploma in Electrical & Electronics)

          actual system for licence renewal at west bengal
          Dear Sir/Madam,

          Sub : Non-renewal of my C-license by State Electricity Licensing Board, Guindy
          Pleaing for redressal – reg
          Ref : My complaint No.12139 dt. 24.9.10 thro consumer helpline telephone dialing.

          My C- license No.C-8942 need to be renewed once in four years. It was earlier renewed the license during 2006 and it became valid till the month of April 2010. Accordinlgy in the month of March 2010 ( well before the expiry of license) I had applied the C-license in State Electrical Licensing Board, Guindy on 2.3.10 and paid necessary renewal fees of Rs.410/- vide Canara Bank DD No.302785 dt.26.2.10. In the board I was told that they would send the nenewed license shortly to my address.

          While I was waiting for renewed license, to my surprise the board had intimated vide their letter dt.22.4.10 that my license was already expired and I was told to apply afresh. So I approached the concerned Secretary at Guindy personally at various occasions and also submitted various handwritten letters dt.25.6.10 & 13.9.10 detailing the above and requested them to renew my license.

          Despite my repeated requests & reminder, the said board has neither replied nor responded till date. Hence I humbly request your good office to intervene and arrange to get my renewed C-license at the earliest.

            I have found power failure in kestopure region in Kolkata is havoc. Every day religiously there is a power cuts for 3-4 hrs as if we are living in some semi urban area.. I have inquire in the surrounding areas where the power cuts are not so frequent. Why we are suffering the most?

            I have found power failure in Protapberia, Baneswarpur, Magrahat-I region in South 24 Pgs. is havoc. There is no power since 10th oct, 2010 to till date. We have informed at our sub-station (SIrakol) for rectify that problem, but they are ignoring us.

              sir, I have requested with written request to the concern authorities to repair the electric pole located in front of my house either to shift the pole or repair the same , but no action has been taken by the concerned official so far , sir I am presently working with Indo Tibetan Border Police Force and deployed at indo china border and it is not in my reach to contact the authorities daily.

              It is therefore requested that immediate action may please be taken either to shift the electric pole or got it repaired so that there is no danger to the life of my old parents who are presently living at my home town.

                  I am a resident of Bansdroni area.I live in the residence of Mrs. Krishna Biswas, at 87/1, Bansdroni New Govt. Colony Kolkata-700 070, near Kalitala Kali Bari.
                  Loadshedding looms large in this area for a long time-at least 10 hours each day.
                  We have been suffering a lot for lengthy loadshedding everyday [daytime-5/6 times-approx. 6/7 hours, after evening at least 2 times-each-2 hours / 2.5 hours at a stretch, this continues even in the early hours of the day i.e. between 4 am to 8 am also ].Leading life in such a way has been realling killing...What is the solution?                   SUB: - Existing Power Cable (Main power supply) from Fuse Distribution Box to
                  Meter box of C3 type, M1 model, block =13 Building Two Phase (2Ø) not
                  Working against Three phase (3Ø).

                  Sir,
                  We are your Esteemed customers of C3 M1 = 13 Building with 16(sixteen) flats at CMDANAGAR which were constructed by Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority at MOHANPUR.
                  We have come to know from reliable sources that above mentioned Power cable Laid was for Main power supply at C3 M1 = 13 Building for three phases only, but two phases of the same power cable are not working and only one phase of the power cable is in proper condition and this has occurred due to the mal-handling of the concerned people.
                  So you are requested kindly to give the attention of the matter and do some positive work to replace the Existing Power Cable because now Total 16 Nos. flat of C3 M1 = 13 Building are running on one Single Phase, and due to slight variation of Amperage, Fuse is blown-off and Power for C3 M1 = 13 Building remises totally in OFF condition, This Fuse box is handled by WBSEDCL people. Now you can think how great problem we are facing. We have been suffering a lot for lengthy load shedding everyday [daytime-5/6 times-approx. 6/7 hours, after evening at least 2 times-each-2 hours / 2.5 hours at a stretch, this continues even in the early hours of the day i.e. between 4 am to 8 am also ].Leading life in such a way has been realling killing...What is the solution? Without attention WBSEDCL people load shedding continues.Its time taken every day.Early replace of the power cable is highly appreciable.

                        I OWN A SMALL BUSINESS IN BARRACKPORE (N) 24PGS W.B. & ITS BEEN MORE THAN A YEAR THAT WE ARE FACING LOT OF TROUBLE DUE TO LOADSHEDDING.

                        My Consumer ID[protected]

                        My domestic meter is not running last 9 months.
                        Written complain submitted on 2-6-09 , Complain Sl no 1169 at Krishnapur Group E/Supply, Prafulla Kanan.

                        But meter not replaced till date.

                        Average bill coming for 1000 units/ quarter which is much higher w.r.t my actual electricity consupmtion.

                          Sub: - Delay in providing Industrial Connection to our SSI - 100% EOU unit

                          We applied for a Bulk Power Supply of 11 KV to our premises (RS Plot no- 3359) at Wilcox Road, Purulia on 3/6/2008 and subsequently a quotation was prepared and served to us vide memo no – CM/PRLDC/B.Q./M/s Chemshel Enterprises P Ltd/1417 dated 27/10/2008.

                          Subsequently on 4/11/08 an amount of Rs. 123,985.00 was deposited against service connection charge vide your receipt no. 029678 and an agreement was executed on 4th November 2008. Along with the same a letter of credit was submitted to you vide no- 019808ILCST00001 dated 4/11/2008 o[censored]nited Bank of India, Purulia Branch.

                          Sir, due the some local disturbances the connection through the said way could not get effected. Then a new way was proposed and the Line was drawn through that route.

                          Upon completion of the job, we got an approval for High Voltage installations from Directorate of Electricity, Govt of West Bengal vide their approval letter no –PSM/2109/Kolkata dated 8/9/2009, which was duly submitted to you on 9th September 2009.

                          We were then told that the industrial meter would come and the line would be charged, but since that date 40 days have passed and till date the power has not been given to our premises.

                          We are a small SSI unit, which is suffering heavy losses because of lack of Bulk power connection in our Industry. Kindly arrange to provide the necessary connection from your end at the earliest and oblige.

                              I am consumer of the power supplied from Indpur, Bankura, West Bengal electricity board. My Cosumer no T0890434(COMMERCIAL).
                              You are disconnect of my connection without any information. Today informed to me by villagers. Long time we have stay in out of village. we have not received any bill from WBECB.So, why you are disconnect of my connection?
                              My connection is commercial connection(As per depatrmental Survey report) But we have no any business . we are already requested by registered post on 17/08/2009(Reg No 980) for convert connection from commercial to domestic connection but till date we have no receive any reply from WBSEB.
                              I also request to WBECB please connect of my connection and convert commercial to domestic.

                                I AM A HOLDER WORKING IN MY NATIVE HOME SINCE 5 YRS.
                                TO DAY I AM RECEIVING MY ELECTRICITY BILL DT.25.06.2009 BY THE HELP OF A LOCAL RELATIVE IN W.BENGAL.
                                NOW I WILL HAVE TO PAY EXTRA OF RS.65 DUE TO e.i. 669 againt my bill of 604.
                                My house is closed since Nov.2004 & I will back to my House only after retirement from the present job.
                                However my faimily & myself go there time to time to take care of our house.

                                  I, Aniruddha Pradhan, have applied for SBI Home Loan of Rs 15.0 Lakh for purchase of new Flat of Rs 34.0 Lakh in SBI, Bikash Bhavan (GOC) Branch, Kolkata on 08/12.05.09. The project ( Shrachi Lakewood Projects) at which I have booked one Flat, is an approved project of SBI. Further, SBI, Bikash Bhavan Br have given me a provisional sanction Letter on 18.05.09 on basis of my documentations. I have already paid nearly Rs 19.0 Lakh to developer on basis of above Letter dated 18.05.09 of SBI. I am a Divisional Engineer (BE[E], M.Tech [CSE]) of West Bengal State Electricity Dist Co. Ltd. (a Govt. of West Bengal Enterpries) and working more than 11 years in WBSEDCL. But, fact is that SBI, RACPC at Jeevan Deep is harashing me for last three months.
                                  Actually, if SBI, Kolkata is overloaded to sanction home loan, then there is no requirement to give advertisement in media.
                                  Further, 3.5 months is spent by RACPC, SBI in a SBI approved project of renowned developer like Schrachi, which may make my Agreement lapsed.
                                  Who will give the cost of three months time of mine alongwith financial loss of nearly 2.0 lakh (as per clause of Agreement submitted to RACPC alongwith payment receipts) ?
                                  My family & I have more than four S/B A/C(s) in SBI Banks and more than 50.0 lakh STDR (FD) investments in SBI Bank. But,
                                  RACPC want not care anything and not even make a customer call in last 3 months.

                                    the bills as issued by wbsedcl were regularily paid as recd, however to utmost surprise a bill recd from mobikhola, rajarhat group E/S, showing unit consumption 2873 units, which is totolly impossible sice hardly the consumption could be between 100 to 200 units, also wbsedcl charged the highest slab tariff rate when even if earlier no meter reading was done, that was the fault of WBSEDCL, atmost the average monthly consumption could have been calculated & accordingly applicable slab tariff be levied
                                    We had given written complaints to WBSEDCL but no response from their side inspite of repeated requests made to settle the dispute

                                    In our area electricity officer people charging Rs. 50/- (Fifty only) for late payment of electricity bill. This penalty tariff not mention in electric bill. As per rule & regulation delay payment interest charge will be 1.5 % to onward up to 2.5 %.

                                    We the 25 families live in a lane (Shib Mandir Lane, beside Grossery shop o[censored]jjwal Das) of Shimurali Tematha, have been greatly suffering from low voltage problem. Only 120 Volt is availble after every evening and it is only 160 volt at day time. We think it happens due to single service line (two wires-Phase & Nutral only, i.e. 220 Volt only) in the said lane. This lane is situated in 400 miter from the Transformer which is also not so strong. Moreover number of AC line has been permitted under this transformer. So we the roughly sufferer of this area would like to pray you to take necessary action to provide the proper service which is mustly due in reponse of payment of Electricity Bill.

                                      I am from Haldia, PH-5, Priyambada Housing.Last few months I have been receiving Hi- meter reading. Even when no body is present in month or so in that premises that time also receiving the hi amount. Here the sytem is sending the bill in 3 months advance period.In last March 14 th ' 09 as per my same complaint to the Station Manager, Durgachak, Haldia replied that our meter is O.K.But still the problem is yet to solve.S/C Connection no. A/D 1246, Con. No. - P030051. Last complaint memo no. DGES/T-16/4004.Dt 16.03.09.
                                      I therefore request you to please look after the matter & try to resolve it at the earliest.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      I am from Haldia, Midcon building, uttarpally, Durgachak. This month (Nov'11) my Electricity bill is showing abruptly high( > Rs 9000). Since for a three month period you are providing bill, it never goes beyond Rs. 3500/. But since last billing I found abnormality, although meter reading are taken in time and it is arounf 600-700 unit in every phase( 3 month period). this time it is showing more than 1500 unit of consumption... pl look into the matter and take initiative to make a correct & accurate bill every time.
