[Resolved]  Wi5 — Very Worst Internet and Customer Support

Hi Everyone,

My customer id is BS71519. I was using wi5 for more than 8 months, for the 1st six months the service was good.

But then they showed who they are. In our Area perumbakkam, internet didnt work for more than 1 week, when i called the customer care and asked for refund for loss of service, they have said that they cant refund but will extend the validity by another 1 week, Complaint was registered Feb 2013 now its more than 45 days, still no respone.

I have called more than 20 times the customer care, first of all they dont pick the call sooner. In night 1 AM also you will get a response is our executives are busy in Answering other customers. I dont know who are the customers calling at that time, when day time itself its free. hope these people will place the busy tone and go to sleep nicely. Totally Irritating People.

In my 20th call, they picked the call after 25 mins and when i ask for the respone taken on my complaint the support executive couldnt answer and he place the call in mute, i too thought not to keep the phone and told him that i will not disconnect until u give a response.

The response i got is within 2 mins he cut the call..

Horrible shameless Wi5, if they cant provide service why the hell they are looting normal people money.

Wi5 instead of stealing money like this better you people can beg and earn.

internet connecton is not available

as i subscribed internet connection to the wi5 company(zylog) last month, they have internet connection wothout prior intimation,,,,,,, i lost RS:3,500,,
dont know what to do??? pls help me
