Same here. Its been one month. I have sent two mails but no reply was given. They are fraud.
i have contact no. of www.window2india.com they are not refunding my money. about zapak order.
Window2India is a fraud site. I paid through credit card. They are not refunding money. Let me know where to launch complaint.
i had shopped atleast 35 products from window2india.com.in which i had paid through credit cards insome i had used my gift vouchers which i had won from zapak.com.but till now after 5 months i had received only 5 products.i had emailed them at [protected]@window2india.com atlests 45 times, for my rest of the products, but till date neither they have responded to my mail nor they had send my products to me nor they had refunded my money.i had call 30989600 which is the no. of times of money, which is the partner of window2india and whose address is mention on the website of window 2india many times but there is no response.they r only telling that we will look after this.this site and all the people related to this company are fraud and .we all should take a legal actions aganist them.
Window2india is the largest fraud site that i have ever seen. They don't place your order and have very bad costomer care service. Moreover, they don't have a phone no.
I have also made an order and haven't received yet . More than 3 months now. Please take a strict action on them.
