[Resolved] Wipro — I Cheated by your Authorized Dealer | |
Hi I buy a wipro System 2.0 pc from Nehru place Delhi. The purchase data is[protected]. After 2 month it giving mouse and Cmos Battery problem. I contact with my dealer from where I buy this system. He told me that bring your pc at our place then we will provide you service. But at the time of buying this system he told me that it have 1 year onsite and 2 year offsite warranty. I also speak with Mr Yogesh, Anil your customer care executive at[protected]. After buying this pc now I m felling that I waste my time and money because of my dealer attitude. Now I m felling he cheat me because now as per my discussion with Mr Yogesh, he told me your system is on SOW it is not VOW. I think a new buyer don’t know what is SOW or VOW and how he can ask with dealer about sow or vow. Please help me out in this matter.
