[Resolved] Wipro - Desktop Pc — SERVICE SUPPORT | |
I had purchased a WIPRO i value Pentium 4 PC(M/c Sl No. 06DS[protected]: SW IV[protected] during 6/2006 from M/s TRIAD Microsystems,Thiruvananthapuram and was quite happy with the performance of the PC. Unfortunately, during 10/2009, some problem had developed and as a result only a single colour was available in the screen display. I approached M/s TRIAD and they got in contact with both your warranty support service as well as outside warranty service support but neither were able to resolve thw problem and as a result I am not able to use the system for the last three months. On enquiry , it was informed that a chip INTEL 82801EB used for the Graphix display is not available and hence the system could not be repaired. I am surprised by such a response from the service team of a responsible firm like WIPRO. I strongly feel that the support should be available outside warranty also and only then the faith shown by consumers like me in branded computers like WIPRO will be truly rewarded . I urge you to please advise your support team at Thiruvananthapuram to resolve my issue at the earliest so that I will be able to use my system at the earliest. WIPRO — No Service Support
I have purchased one wipro desktop computer bearing sl no 08FARO33800104 CPU 1066838 Wipro i Value, from M/S Balaji Computers - INDORE M.P..Within 5 months, its front USB ports stopped working and I raised complained to M/S Balaji. Since last more than a month I have been following with them regarding this problem. I also contacted Mr Pradeep Saini of Wipro Indore office 15 days back and nobody seems to be interested in solving problem. I have made a great mistake by purchasing a branded desktop, as assembled desktop provider gives prompt service.
