My telephone line(#[protected] was cut and my telephone got dead on 03/04/2009.
I launched complaint regarding this through docket booking system of BSNL on 04/04/2009 at 10:20 am(docket number is 299) and contacted the BSNL office(Bangalore-Yeshwanthpur division) regarding this matter and I was told that it must be rectified by 2pm (i.e., by afternoon), by line man Mr. RAMANNA, and I was asked to contact him. When I contacted Mr. RAMANNA he carelessly tells that he was on leave, even though he was on duty that day, which I got to know when I go back and tell this at BSNL office. They call him again and tell him to take the docket 299 and rectify the problem by afternoon ASAP. I was told again that every thing will be fine by 2pm.
I was waiting for Mr. RAMANNA at my residence and he never came. After waiting for long time at around 5 pm, when I call to BSNL office again, I was told that I DINT INFORM THEM ABOUT THIS INCIDENT BEFORE AND I WAS TELLING THEM LATE AND NOW LINEMAN HAS GONE HOME AS ITS LATE, AND IT WAS MY MISTAKE IT SEAMS. And till now this issue is not rectified.
This is very careless act by reputed organization like BSNL, Even though I have been paying telephone bill regularly, up to date I have to bare this, I don’t have telephone connection still. So kindly help me in this regard
