[Resolved]  Wipro Ltd — Non Receipt of PF Form

I have worked in Wipro Ltd Delhi from 27th Aug 07 to 17th April 08. There is some recovery amount due on me. I was told that when I pay this amount I will get relieving letter. Now I want to apply for PF deposited with Employee's Provident Fund Organisation. I have been told that to get the approved and filled PF form I have to affix two copies of Relieving letter which I will get only after paying the recovery amount. I don't want to pay the amount nor want a relieving letter from Wipro, however the PF amount is my right and there should be no influence from Wipro because it is an amount deposited with a government organisation. Causing a hindrance from withdrawing this amount, from my point of view is illegal. I request Wipro Ltd. authorities to please send the filled PF form so that I can submit it to take the PF money
