We purchase one Wipro EX 330+ dot matrix which is not working properly..
.. and waiting for the rectification for nearly a month time and after one engineer and technical person from wipro attended the printer and send one EPROM and the problem still exists... ...
first we book through the toll free and your local engineer from our city (Madurai) attend the problem...and one technical person from ( we told he is the leader for Technical issues in south )..
we need to wait for the rectification till now... and even the status of the spare availability not communicated..
sir please ... we are from the Ramakrishna Math and our organization having a big reputation in your Company... unfortunately this printer make us very much upset in the way your service persons responded... is it our communication for the printer issue making them troublesome...? we are in very much need of the dot matrix printer and if the service time extend further ... kindly inform through email.... we too know your queue of works....but for the newly purchased printer ....and from day one why that much delay?
do the result at the earliest...
now we sorry to return the printer to the vendor from whom we purchase it? what to do ? if our purpose not solved.. and the entire team either ignoring or passing the problem,,,,

wipro/ printer (wep) — printer is not working
we have lodged a complaint to WePCare Helpline vide complaint no[protected] on 10th of this month, we called them several times , but they didint came here to solve the problem
