Hi i submitted a claim for LASIK operation. But you replied back saying you need the ' abrometry report with previous glasses or lenses prescription'. However you dint specify which previous prescription do you need? How old should be the prescription? I tried sending you an email but it is not getting delivered. Reply ASAP.
