[Resolved] Wipro Technology — No Salary Increment

Hi,

I am working in Wipro Technology Since April-2011. Last year (2012) i got salary increment but this year Wipro is not ready to give salary increment.

When i check with my managers they are saying that the management has decision and so there is no salary increment for this year and managers are saying that Wipro does not meet expected profit and hence salary increment has been cancelled for most of the employees.

Also, Managers are not ready to share the management contact details that who has decided this. In my account itself 6 people are not received the salary increment in this year.

Could you please confirm me whether Company can have rights to stop the salary increment for there employee?

WIPRO — Management

Let me tell you that the word "Management" is not in Wipro's dictionary. The OFF-campus took place on 10th December,2010 at Wipro builing. They called us at 8 o'clock in the morning. The line started gathering at about 9 o'clock. thats even fair. Next the huge crowd started making a line. It was impossible to handle. The candidates coming late were entering the premises, but we were standing at the same position in a line for 2 hours. Then we understood that "Jor jar muluk tar". You have to get in your own way.
At 11:30 we entered [applying the Theory]. At 1 AM the exam was over. Then they said
they will announce the results after 15 minutes(To be Noted). At around 2:30 they came & said that they will let us know by Email. We 230 candidates were in the 1st group of people. When we got out we saw rest about 2000 people were still to go standing there in a so called Queue. Just [protected]@g!ne...
