This is to inform that since I have left wockhardt in the year 2008 i have been trying hard to; get my provident fund withdrawn from my pf a/c no MH/1151/12962,though wockhardt claims to have submitted the necessary details to the pf office.Hence, my request would be please look into the matter and help me get my provident fund at the earliest.
