This is to inform you that I am using your above insulin for the past 8/9 months. But regret to inform you that I am unable use last 50 units of all the insulin used in the past and has been given the left-out cartridge to the Medical shop to make a complaint to the company, but he has not done so far.

Hence I am writing this mail to you. Now I am using the above product of batch no: QY10012 mfd on 01/2023. Out of 3 Catridges, used one and had same experience o[censored]nable to use the last 50 units.
Please look into this serious issue and solve it immediately.

I am a regular user of captioned product but quality of the product supplied to the military hospital Lucknow are such a bad quality that the pen gets broken while using, some times it hurts us with bleeding and lots of pain and we realy felt bad as some times dosages are not available with us. Request to provide good quality products 5o military hospitals as we are left with no other options.

Just to share that 3x3ml cartridge when finished but still carriers some ml in it.
Enclosed is the picture. Is it normal.
Also can you please provide me pen to use these cartridge as it's not available at pharmasy, netmeds or 1mg app.
Currently am using some other company pen.

This is to inform you that that i have purchased Sugar check blood sugar machine (LIFE TIME WARRENTY)
Now machine is not working properly reading is coming wrong again and again.
Cross check with another machine.

I have purchased Mycoral 360 tablets. As when doctor asked to stop the usage, i trued returning it to the medical store i bought it from. But the store owner says that we dont accept immuno suppressor retunr before 4 months of it’s expiry. The medicine is pretty expensive and there is still time for the medicine to get expired. Kindly help as per your best knowledge about returning a product before expiry. Is there any rule something like that? Is the information true does the company refuse to take back its product before expiry?

We are using 'glaritus insulin pen', for last one year appx. Each pen has about 300 units. After, using about 200 units, the button for pressing becomes hard. After using about 210/220 units, it becomes almost impossible to inject & the medicine goes waste & we have to use a new pen. So, in every pen, about 1/3rd to 1/4th medicine goes waste. This has happened mote than 15/25 times & without any exception. I feel that this is due to defective...

The tablet strip having batch no:JV10350 and expire date of may 2023 has packing issue as it moist and it breaks with simple touch

I have earlier also purchased depiwhite cream from metro medicos Nangloi delhi 11041 . But there was not any issue but this time when I open the cream was some what liquify and immediately flows out which was not stoppable. Color was also diffrent from earlier one. Kindly do the needful.

The dispopen 2 that i have got doesnot dispense the insulin half of the times.
When we dial and press the button for dispense the insulin, it goes to zero without dispensing any insulin.
It appears that the pen is defective.
Everytime to make sure it deliver the drug, one has to dial 3-4 units extra, press the button to check that insulin has started coming then indect oneself.

It is disturbing

I ordered a glaritus dispopen through 1mg app.. I open the dispopen and after putting the needle.. Find the top cap is loose.. It is a manufacturing defect which one can only identify when one uses it.
I complain to 1 mg and they say. It is not our fault, you should have checked on delivery..
Even if i open it.. I can't find the defect.. Till i use it.. Now i am stuck with it..

It is a manufacturing defect. So ideally wockhardt should take responsibility.

As she open blister of fixim 200 mg i saw twin (2) tablet both in one hole. It is a big mistake by ur side. It was

Unaware man can take both tablet as single dose then may be big problem so pls focus on this and pls give me feedback on this complain

My wife took cc74 tablet in mouth and felt something was there and found that it had hair inside the tablet. Myself and my wife were completely shocked since she had been taking this all her pregnancy. I am very disturbed and shocked to know that such large pharma company have such poor quality standards. These companies supply medicines all over the world and playing with lives of the people is very disheartening. I want immediate action against this company and would like indian pharma association to look into it.
