Dear wockhardt,

I was surprised that wockhardt being a very good company is marketing spurious drugs manufactured by some synakem in uttarakhand.
The subject tablet lngola is just a placebo it does not show any results. I have had the same tablet molecule of zydus cadillac and it showed fantastic results.
I check my sugar results regularly everyday. My pharmacist did not have the one of zydus so i brought few strips of ingola it's a total waste of consumers money and is dangerous.

My mother mrs. Ludumira joseph was discharged on 19 jul 18 & insurance claim was settled on 12 sep 2018 but till today i have not received the deposit amount of rs 7500 in spite of constant reminders. Also twice they have had incorrect charges applied on bill. On 19 jul 2018 they charged for mri when actually a ct scan was done.

Again when she was admitted in oct (Discharged on 26 oct 2018) 700 rs. Ophthalmologist charges levied when that visit never happened.

Can you please help to get this sorted.

I am on a visit to USA. I am using wosulin 30/70 100 IU 3 ml cartridges in wosulin pen Royale. Suddenly it failed and I tried to get from India.It is not available in the market. Instead Mypen 'by wockhardt is available. I don't know whether I can use the same cartridges I am using, in Mypen also. As the person is leaving India in 2 days I need an urgent reply....

I had purchased 9 bottles of nourish oat moiturising lotion of wockhardt co from a pharmacy in mumbai on about 17th january 2018, these were pump bottles of 185ml each.

I had a very hard time using it as all the pumps of the bottles were not working for which i paid a good amount.
Such an expensive product and very poor packaging.
Upon my arrival back in mumbai i called my pharmacy and complained regarding the same also asked him to call upon the co and forward my complaint but till today no answer.
I am a senior citizen and living on a little income, now again i have called the same lotion from the same place 185m 6 bottles batch no woc 8003
0n[protected] but without pump.
I request the company for a replacement or refund.

I have purchased odnase nasal spray under the prescription of my paediatreician. After i opened the sealed pack, i found that the spray pump inside is not working properly. So i cannot use the puff properly for my child. It is hampering my childs treatment. I have reported to the local medicine shop, but they could not do anything. Instead they suggested to contact the company.
I will be highly obliged if you kindly replace it with a new one to the earliest.

I have purchased odnase nasal spray from local medicine shop. But the nasal spray is not working. I believe there is some manufacturing defect. The spray pump is not working. Proper dose cannot be given to my child. I have complained to my medicine shop, but they cannot solve the problem. My child is facing serious problem. We hopitalised my sister for ceasrean deleivery as she is patient of cardiac and having critical sitution after opration both r normal thats fine but we didnt get any room still its 10 i clock in night... Mother n baby in separate room at your rajkot hospital we are ready to pay any amount then also this situatuon... Why u have admited her i[censored] r not having suffient room availibilty how cheap hospital staff are.

I am Prakash Kapre owner of Neeti Medical Stores Neeti Gaurav complex RAMDASPETH Nagpur 440010. I received complaint from one of our customer patient about receiving empty cartoon of gel which she purchased from my shop . The outer cartoon was sealed and inner product leaflet was intact hence no way to check 6 gms tube is not inside . I took written complaint along with address and contact no of the complaining patient and replaced the gel . Informed to company distributor but he disowned responsibility though material was supplied by HIM . I contacted Mr Satyaprakash manager of the area appointed by company but NO RESPONSE from him too . Requesting the responsible Management to look in to the matter and settle our claim. Thanks

I was able to buy wockhardt on previous day in emargin but not today. When I try to buy I got alert saying that buy is not allowed on emargin on this product wockpharma. What is the reason. Whenever this script hits lc I couldn't buy it on emargin. But I can after two days. Please help me what is the strategy here.

i purchage mi4i through flip card on dated 29/06/2015 and due to above problm on 4th sep 2015 i submit my phone mi4i for reparing( i.e in warranty period ) in surat ensure support service india limited .work order no sur/xm/15/03950 imei no [protected] but till date no body & custmercare person giving proper responce.

Complain rgistered on 4th Sep-2015 at Surat, gujarat for overheating of the phone. Customer care representative not responded well and talk as usual. Phone quality is very bed, OS not easy and frequently shut off the phone. Restarting frequently.

I was an employee of Wockhardt and my employee code was 702393. My date of appointment was July 3rd 2003. My last date of working was 14th August, 2004. It has been more than ten years now.Pls help me in recovering the outstanding amount at the earliest.

dear sir, I had purchased a glucometer of your company 3 months before I had taken medicines (doses) as per its reading shown higher and higher and developed symptoms of hypoglycemia though it was in my knowledge that the meter is showing higher reading but your representative once on complain assured me that he has corrected it now as it was having coding defect but it is still giving higher 30% than the actual reading, have tested the result two times I think it become a head ache for me not being a helpful device to monitor my diabetes it may produce danger for my life therefore I request You please kindly give instruction to the authentic person to correct it or say your dealer to replace it giving me a correc gluco meter

I had bought Junior protinex(choclate flavor) from star bazaar, bangalore two days back. It was shocking to find that tinned protinex was adulterated inspite of buying from reputed shop. The shop replaced the adulterated protinex for horlicks when I got back to them. Buyers beware.

Last weak I purchased 400gm PROTEINEX (Chocolate flavour) from MAA BHAGAWATI MEDICINE STORES(Mr Atul Jaiswal [protected]),Katra ALLAHABAD. The details are as follows- mfg date April 2012.batch no.PO L019023 Price Rs 330/- (Rs 333/- printed). When I opened and tasted it for the first time,the taste was quite tangy and bitter.Hence I requested the medical store keeper to exchange the same. He refused to do so. Then I had to approach the supplier at leader road Allahabad.He also refused to exchange. Now ultimately I am complaining here and expecting some positive response. They are saying that it was seal packed and within the expiry date hence its not there mistake.I say that it's not even mine too. If it's taste is bitter then, I think ,I am not forced to consume such a bitter kind of food supplement.

Two weeks back, I bought Protinex Vanilla Flavour 200g with batch no. PV K10711/SEP.11 from Saravana Stores Super Market, Purasawalkkam, Chennai at a cost of Rs.160.00 (MRP Rs.168/-).

I am using it every day for my daughter and aged father. Today when I took a scoop from the tin, I noticed a dust piece with a thin hair, I am 100% sure it came from inside the tin as no one else use it without my knowledge in my home. I have attached a photo of the contaminant. I came to this conclusion that it is a contaminant because, last week also I found a piece of hair in a scoop of the same tin. I ignored it at that time, thinking that it should have fallen from me, but when I saw it today, I am 100% sure that the powder is contaminated.

I am going to preserve the bit that I got from the tin.

This has given me mental agony and fear for the health of my daughter and aged father.

this is to bring into your kind notice that that my pf amount rs 39208 and cheque no. 817656 was sent to your office by gurgaon pf dept to credited in my account. but still 3 years has passed and amount is not neen credited in my account. when i confirmed i gt the information that amount is with account dept. i want to knw how much more time you required to clear my pf withdrawl. or should i go for RTI. my employer was...

This is to inform that since I have left wockhardt in the year 2008 i have been trying hard to; get my provident fund withdrawn from my pf a/c no MH/1151/12962,though wockhardt claims to have submitted the necessary details to the pf office.Hence, my request would be please look into the matter and help me get my provident fund at the earliest....
