[Resolved] Woods Incorporation — Wrong Product Delivered | |||
Hi, I purchased a Shoe Rack from Woods Incorporation on 25-Nov-12. The shoe rack that was displayed was Chocolate brown in color and the inner slabs and the back wall also was chocolate brown. BUt when this goods was delivered to me I saw that the inner slabs and the back wall was white in color. I called them on 28-Dec-11 and registered a complaint and they said that they will replace the same. But unfortunelty inspite of regular follow up's they have not done anything. They also robbed our money. We paid them in advance. They somehow refused/managed not to give us invoice stating that their server is down and promised to send invoice by email and delivery by next day.
Till today no goods, no refund. they stopped taking calls. Beware of MR. VIJAY. We went to their store to get refund, waited whole day, finally we had to call police. Now matter is with local police station. Mr. Vijay vanished when we called police. But police has promised us to get refund. As per one of their employee Mr. Vinod and Pravin, they said it is common, they have many complaints.
Mr. Vijay said they bribe police so they will not listen to us, he was very confident.
I am yet to get my money back. I presume they evade lot of taxes by not issuing tax invoice or proper receipt. They just took money from us, signing on customer information sheet . Beware of this company. Are they really bribing police?? as Mr. Vijay claims. He is owner of this company.

Woods Incorporation — Defective Sofa
Dear Sir,I am Malakondaiah from bangalore i have bought sofa from woods incorportion which was defective and i have called them many times when saw that after delivery, they have never responded to my complaint and i have been calling them and now its more than one year and now they are telling that the one year is already over, please advise what need to be done.
