[Resolved]  World Space Radio — Cheating False promise of free air tickets

Dear Sir,

I bought World Space Radio vide Rxid 07/430545. I was given vouchers for two FREE air tickets numbers 085017 &085018.

Vouchers were really very complicated. One was supposed to give 3 optional dates for three different places? This means you cannot plan your holiday properly as one doesn’t know for what period the tickets will be issued! Hotel bookings & leaves from work etc all have to be arranged without knowing the exact period of your holiday.

Anyway I did send the voucher along with the required money to Travel port people, as advised by the world Space, mentioning three destinations but only one option for dates, as I couldn’t think of taking off any other time, being a busy pediatric surgeon & my wife is Delhi university teacher.

Their travel agents rejected my vouchers for nor properly filling up the form. This is absurd. The lady responsible for handling this was very rude when contacted on telephone. I even faxed the voucher copy to her but she didn’t respond. I have reported this matter to World Space many times without any reply.



Can you help me in this matter as I feel cheated by the world Space & free tickets was just a publicity stunt of the company.
