[Resolved]  WWICS (Worldwide Immigration Consultancy Services) — They are not refunding my money

Dear Sir
PLS Help me out in this matter, My name is Bilal Ahemad , I had taken services of Worldwide Immigration Consultancy Services Ltd. Company Adrress 203 Ashok Complex Above Max newyork Company OPP Kalupura Commercial Bank LTD Golden Trail Street near Sardar Patel Satdium Road Navarang pura Ahemdabad India.

Head office A-12 Industrial Area faces 5 Mohali India.

They had given add in news parer about canada Pr, thats why i I visited office 1 Jan 2010 ,
For visa 31/1/2010 I paid 20,000/- and for services 30,000/- and they gave me discount of rs 3000/- so I paid total amount 47000/- .Cheque No. 311360 and 1300$ for Gold pakage for canada landing services I paid 47000/- I have all receipt also.

Due to my wife healt problem, I cancel my plan for Pr visa I taken back my file.


But company is not interested for giving my fees , like after landing fees and other feess means till date they did not give me any amount back , always they are not giving proper reply.

So kindly help me out in this matter.
