Under Mr Samit Majumder who is the head of the Kolkata branch, my consultant was Sukanya Saha, in the middle of my visa processing suddenly she left the company, then i tried to contact Mr Samit Majumder. At first they have promised that my application will be proceeded...

I have created Express Entry Profile and also in RINP Profile from Jalandhar Branch in 21 April 2021 but till date the is nothing happening on the file. I have paid 1 Lac 6thpusand two hundred rupees to them

When I asked them to withdraw my profile and process the refund they dint even reply to mails.

I think either you should close this branch or employ trustworthy staff because I have already seen so many complaints...

I had applied for Manitoba PNP Skilled Category Settlement Plan on November 2012 with File no-72042. I applied for the bronze package.
I was informed that the affidavit of support would be availabe on May/June 2013. The company delayed the process till Novemeber 2013 and even then no clear response was given. Despite repeated written representations and visit to Patiala and Mohali office nothing happened.

I had applied for a refund of my case since Feb 2021 through a legal consultant however till date I have not received my money from WWICS for the services not provided by them . They have not responded to any of the legal notices till date as they do not have an legal team sitting in their office.
They are a fraud company and only know how to fleece money from the customer. Appreciate if I can get my refund.

I gave them all the documents and the money 3 years back and they promised me to get all done in 6 months to 2 years after that they said we can claim refund.
I asked them to refund several times but they keep directing me to different employees emails and I fail to get any positive response.

What I can do now is to warn others from falling in the trap.
They might send 1 out of 10 successfully but they'll take money from all 10 and no refund later.

I am ikram bhaiyat from ankleshwar, gujarat.
I came across wwics through google search as i was looking for migrating to canada.
I visited vadodara branch personally to get information.
I was given information for pr to canada by mr. Sandeep gilbile, one of marketing person at vadodara branch.
As per his guidance, i applied for pr to canada using express entry and pnp.
I paid around rs 1, 47, 500/- including taxes.
Its been almost five years now to apply and vadodara branch is closed without any prior notification to me.
I am hardly able to get connected to them now and there is no update on my file to canada.
No responsible person is even contacting me upfrontly to tell me what happened to my file.
If i was not eligible for canada program, then they would have told me before applying.
Now who is responsible for my loss of 1.50 lakh rupees.

Please help me to get my money back.

This company is a fraud, I've been waiting for an updates for more than 2 years. I paid the processing fee last Feb 2019 and until now nobody is giving me any updates. Concern persons are no longer working in the company, no one is answering my telephone calls, emails has not being acknowledge. They just took my money and run.
I want you to return back my money and police case will be handed over in your office.

I would like to say that my name is Manjeet Sharma, I am working and living in Kuwait. i applied for a Poland work permit last year in feb. Until now I did not get my permit so I visited your branch here many times but then my case manager (Ms Yukti) told me you will get your money back that i have submitted at starting like an advance payment i., e 250 KD .

I have not satisfied with services and given wrong information regarding visa processing. i have paid 1, 50, 000 india rupees as well as 1500 us dollar for pnp. Nothing have done by wwics group after paying whole money, no reply after getting money. pls refund my whole money...

I have retained their service for my Canada immigration on April 2020 and paid around 5K AED (100, 000 INR). Then in September I appeared for my IELTS exam but as per them my score was not enough to process under express entry (L-5.5/S-5.5/W-6/R-5.5).
Then one of their executives from Dubai JLT branch advised me to process under RNIP and as per them they will get me job in 6 to 8 months by marketing cv in Canada and apply for jobs on behalf of me. For this RNIP also they collected 3.7k AED (74, 000 INR) and started the processing in Sep 2020.
After collecting the payment, they were on silent mode always. When asking for the status of progress the response was always “we are doing it or it’s going on”. Their executive also informed me that if I see any job anywhere matching to my profile, just inform them and they will apply for it on the spot. But even if I was informing them regarding the job openings, they were not applying for it on time I was waiting for around 3 to 4 weeks for a replay. There was no communication also for few months. Like this they simply wasted my precious 1.5 yr.
I suggested my brother also to start his processing under wwics by trusting them. But unfortunately, the advice what they gave to him was extremely strange. He is finance professional and his wife is a nurse. As each and everyone know nursing profession is the most demanding one in Canada, they advised to process under finance profession and nurses have only very few chances. Even if he got surprised, he started his processing as per their advice by trusting them. As of now no response from them as usual and I’m in the situation return the cash to him because I was the one introduced wwics to him. He called multiple time the manager Mr. Maninder (Dubai JLT br)to discuss but he was not picking the calls.
After fully get frustrated, I have decided stop both express entry and RNIP from them and submitted my refund request around 1 month ago. As of now when asking for fund one Ms. Jaspret is always trying to escape by saying “so far she have not received any response from their legal department”. Multiple time asked to share the branch manager Mr. Maninder contact number but she is not sharing it. Called he but not picking calls. Requested to schedule a meeting to discuss all these but no response.
I explained to her my situation that I don’t have job since last 6 month and I need to get back my cash on an urgent basis(already waited 30 days after submitting the application as per them)to pay my expenses but she is in a mind like it’s not going to affect her so no need to take care. I already paid thousands as interest to people for the money which borrowed to pay the wwics fees.
If someone can help or advise me to get back my money (8k AED / 160000 INR) from them on an urgent basis would be highly helpful.

In 2019 when I invested in this company I informed one sales agent Rahul Dubey that I got a 3yr Diploma in Hotel Management from a non recognised university. But insisted me to proceed and told me that this would not be an issue for obtaining my ECA certificate from WES Canada.
It was the first fake communication that has been conveyed to me.
I should not have waited this long to get this result as I had this doubt previously. The WES Canada has rejected my eligible criteria for Graduation. Hence for this reason I could not claim the points to show my education in IRCC.
My first coomunication with WWICS occurred in the mid of August'20 and on 25/08/2020 I paid 1 lakh instantly to the WWICS account as told to me.
I have been calling to the branch office number of from last 2 months for my withdrawal case and no responses yet, visited the branch and gave false commitments again that they have sent a mail to the head office for withdrawal of my case, however there is no proof shown to me if they have actually sent a mail or not.
I am very worried now.
Its a huge sum for me.
Please have a look.
