[Resolved]  www.100bestbuy.com — Non receipt of Product & No RESPONSE

I had purchased / Ordered a product (Tablet) from Styleho.com (routed by 100bestbuy.com) on 28-06-13, but till date have not received the product and I am not even getting any prompt reply from these portals on the status of my product. Its more than 1 month now. They are marking a mail now (attached below) saying the product has been dispatched. But I haven't received it yet. I am asking for the Tracking number so that I can contact FEDEX and get the status but that too is not being provided.

This mail interaction below gives an clear idea of my problem. This is just one sample mail for which I have not yet received any reply. I have made N number of calls to their Customer care but every time I call, a MACHINE attends my call and irritates with an recorded message, and these calls are chargeable :-(

Provide me with the Tracking number of FEDEX for the product dispatched. I will try to track it from my end If your team cant track it for your customer.

Even now you people have not given me a clear solutions for my problem. You could have given me the tracking number Or you could have called up FEDEX and got the status of the product.

Your website claims in FAQ that product will reach by 10 to 12 days and I started to mark mail & call you people from the the 11th day that I have not received the product. It will be exactly 1 month[protected] to[protected] tomorrow since I paid for the product. AND YOU PEOPLE VERY COOLLY REPLY THAT "we have already dispatched your order on 3-7-2013 through FEDEX courier service." SO YOU MEAN TO SAY YOUR JOB ENDS ONCE YOU HAVE GIVEN THE PRODUCT TO FEDEX..YOU PEOPLE ARE NOT BOTHERED IF YOUR CUSTOMER HAS RECEIVED THE PRODUCT OR NOT AND YOU PEOPLE SIMPLY IGNORE ALL THE CALLS & MAILS THAT THE CUSTOMER MARKS YOU.

PLEASE PROVIDE THE FEDEX TRACKING / REFERENCE NUMBER....

100bestbuy — Bed Service / No Support

Very bed support from 100BestBuy. Also received unworkable pen drive. I have complaint them and 3 times given reminder but no reply.
