[Resolved] www.bhaap.com — Product not received

I had received and email (attached) from a website www.bhaap.com. Accordingly i purchased the product from them on 14th March 2012 thru my credit card.

They confirmed the order on email and the amount was also debited from my credit card account.

They have not sent me the product and are not replying to any emails.

hi nitin,

same thing has happened with me...i made the mistake of transacting twice - 10th march and 22nd march - spent over 5000 - no response to any of my emails and there is no phone no as well...what do u suggest be done ?? im done sending them mails every day and getting no response at all.

Write on Facebook Wall bhaap.com & Twitter so that everyone will stop buying stuff. Write DAILY on their wall. They have done the same to me.

Never go with Bhaap... Bhaap has cheated lot of customers... It uses to deliver faulty products and never turn back to listen to customers...I am still waiting since last 2-months to get replacement / refund...(Order No.[protected]...And on 2nd day of delivery, I have started writing / mailing to them.. every time they are saying that with in 24 hours it will be resolved...but never happened ..

I don't understand how you guys faced lot of problems with Bhaap. Recently i made a purchase from Bhaap and the problem that i faced was just a late delivery, nothing else! But when i received my order, i was totally satisfied with the quality of the product. I really appreciate them for their good work.
