[Resolved]  www.eBay.in — mobile purchases not working

Dear Sir/Madam

I have purchased a mobile (Micromax W900) by paying online to www.ebay.in
I asked Ebay to refund my money because the mobile is not working,
But Ebay is not agree to refund my money and still I'm carrying that defective piece with me.

Please help me to get my money back

Remark : on 31-Jan-2011 ebay replied that they are not refunding the money.
