[Resolved]  www.giftstoindia24X7.com — Delay in delivery

I came across this complaint when I wanted to send Gifts to India and searched for GiftstoIndia24x7. I have tried this company in the past also and have had all the deliveries done excellently. I do not know but even the complain is not expressive enough in what the problem was and seems more of a competitor targetting in bad taste.

It is highly unlikely that we take 10 days for a delivery. Please provide us with an order number to look into this matter and get back to you. When we searched our Database for Loretto, we came out with no results.

It has been 25 days and you have not responded back with the order no. or with the relevant details about the order. I hope this is not a malicious attempt to spoil the name of our website.

I would also request this website - https://www.consumercomplaints.in to take a look into this matter and contact the customer. We also request you to give us the contact details of the customer so that we can communicate directly with her.

I would highly recommend not to use this site, its a complete fraud. I am saying this out of experience. I used this site to send a gift, which was never received on the other end and I got a confirmation mail from these fraud guys saying, that my delivery has been received by the designated person and charged me for the service. On trying to contact them, they suddenly disappeared from online live chat saying there were technical difficulties to connect. I then sent them a mail but they never responded. As per their emblem, they not only charge u for the pretty gifts they show on their site without delivering them, but also tamper the emotions of the people sending them. So Please don't fall for this.

I also recommend strongly not to book any orders on this site, its a complete fraud site. I had to choose this site in a hurry in last moment and i am still waiting for my order to be delivered, i just hope it gets delivered ever. never ever use this site to send anything

Please do NOT use giftstoindia24x7.com !! I sent a cake for the first birthday of our newest family member but these frauds did not deliver the cake. The cake cost me $40.00. I actually trusted them to deliver cake and gifts and had been using them to deliver cakes to a couple of my sponsored kids at Udavum Karangal the past couple of years but I am realizing now that those cakes may not have been delivered either. What a bunch of crooks! Please stay away from these guys. Also, I am in the process of reporting these guys to the Indian authorities.

This is a valid complaint and in my case the delivery was partial and not complete. All the items ordered were not delivered and no money back was given.
